What is the purpose of this site?

Are you the type of person who, when flipping through a book or scanning a website, immediately searches for the diagrams or charts because you'd rather absorb the information visually then have to read a bunch of text? If so, then you are probably a visual learner and this website was made especially for you. The goal is to present useful information in the form of charts so that students, teachers or simply those interested in increasing their general knowledge can absorb the information quickly and visually.

Please note that the information on the site is provided for educational purposes only. If a certain idea or product is shown on a chart, it does not mean that I endorse it.

Many of the images on this site are copyrighted and therefore should not be copied. Some are used under license from and others based on the doctrine of fair use. Some notable exceptions to the above include the photos in the types of cars and famous paintings sections, most of which are copyright-free.
